Darren Papworth: Chief Engineer, 42 years old, 26 years experience, working for teams like M-Sport, Prodrive, Honda Racing Europe. Darren has worked in all forms of motorsport and has experience and knowledge in all fields, starting as a mechanic and working his way up to chief engineer. My best moments in rallying to date are winning the WRC championship with Petter Solberg in 2003 and winning the X Games gold medal in 2007 with Tanner Foust. My hobbies are MOTO GP, Motorsport, going to the gym with my partner Jackie, and my Lambretta. Operations manager, 44 years old, 26 years experience started working in the family business as a mechanic and working with his brother (driver) on Renault cars from R5 Turbo to R12 Gordini, moved to Future World rally team in 2001 working on Subaru, Toyota and Ford Escort WRC cars. Moved on from there working for circuit racing team “Racing for Belgium” and then starting at SYMS Europe in 2005. My best moment in motorsport was working on my first Monte Carlo rally this will always stay with me it is for me the best rally in the WRC. My hobbies are Motorsport, Movies and running. Junior Rally Technician, working for us for 15 months, 22 years old my best moment to date in rallying was the 2 weeks spent in Rally Argentina 2007 my first long haul event !, my hobbies are going to the gym and keeping myself busy with my Mazda 323 GTR. No 1 Rally Technician, in charge of car build at the workshop, started in motorsport 22 years ago at Serge power moving onto Future world where he met Wim moved to Syms Europe 4 years ago. 42 Years old, my best moment in my career was winning the gold medal at X Games 13 in 2007. My hobbies are cycling. No1 Rally Technician, working for us for 4 years, 34 years old, and originating from Poland. Gyp has or 10 years experience working for a lot of famous Polish and international drivers in motorsport, he is our transmission and damper specialist as well as one of our top technicians. His hobbies are Rallying and all motorsport.
